
*Pricing with Scheduled Services
Scheduled Services:
Scheduled Services aimed at minimizing computer and network downtime. During each visit a consultant dedicated to your office will address any outstanding support issues. We like to refer to our Scheduled Services as permanent, part-time IT support.
On-Call Support Services:
On-site or Remote Access Service that require same day, next day, first available, expedite, after hours, or weekend response. These services are outside the scope of the Scheduled Services.
Projects and Specialized Consulting Services:
Specific Planning and consulting services that result in a significant change in technology, infrastructure or location (includes network design, project planning, research, relocation planning and support, etc.). Project and implementation work is quoted on a time and materials basis. In general, a detailed Statement of Work or proposal will be prepared and will outline the tasks, schedule, and cost associated with the project.
